Having worked for many years leading teams in the intense world of banking and having personally experienced what business pressure can do to you as a leader and as a person, I came to learning and development with a clear purpose to help people be the best versions of themselves, no matter what form that took or what path they followed.

Combining my educational background in law with a career of almost 25 years working as a banker and as a learning consultant, I have gained a wealth of experience in designing and facilitating solutions that create memorable experiences, helping participants contextualise the skills and practices they learn, and be able to apply them in real life.
