Ian is an organisational culture development consultant, facilitator and coach with over 25 years’ experience of supporting individual, collective and organisational performance, change and development. He has worked with leaders and teams in a variety of functions and disciplines.
Ian began his career in the film and video industry, working in both operational and creative roles, where he managed and developed a number of diversely composed teams. Following his involvement in supporting innovation and delivering high performance, he studied developmental psychology and behavioural sciences, going on to forge a new career as a consultant.
Strongly influenced by the Whole Brain Model® of human behaviour, he utilises a blend of hard diagnostic and relations-based dialogical approaches to provide pragmatic and outcome-orientated benefits across the full change, development, and training cycles.
Ian has worked with organisations from Europe, Asia and the Americas partnering commercial and socially-focused organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors designing a delivering leadership, culture change and high performance programmes and interventions.
He has a Diploma in Psychological Counselling, a Certificate in EBCBT Hypnotherapy and an European Mentoring & Coaching Council accredited MSc. in Change Agent Skills & Strategies. A member of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching Psychology, he is BPS qualified to Level A and Intermediate Level B and accredited in MBTI Steps I and II.
