Marijke Kershaw is a proven lead facilitator and coach with great communication and people management skills. She combines her corporate business knowledge with a passion for people development. Marijke is a business minded facilitator who has a background in sales and marketing for major multinational organisations. As a facilitator she has worked across the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Africa regions delivering sales, customer service and leadership development training with experience in small and large group facilitation.
Originally from New Zealand, Marijke worked in major multinational food companies in New Zealand and the United Kingdom before becoming a facilitator. She was responsible for creating sales and business development strategies for retail and foodservice sectors. Her years in FMCG sales and business development has given her a healthy dose of business realism which she brings to her facilitation. Since 2014 Marijke has delivered advanced sales and negotiation training within the banking sector working with some of the world’s largest banks in Hong Kong, Middle East and Africa. She has also delivered leadership and culture change programs across Asia, Middle East and Africa facilitating workshops with up to 200 people per class.
Marijke trained to be a Personal Performance Coach with the Coaching Academy in the United Kingdom and has coached globally, developing a passion for women’s leadership development. She is currently studying business psychology and is on the path to becoming an occupational psychologist.
